Random thoughts

The past one week, it has been 6 of us housemates :)
(Alia, Alia, Faezah, Liana, Lin and Aisyah). All because they are redoing our whole house to make it turn back into a perfect condition. The whole week has been great thus far to be honest. It's like us, a big happy family, and I have all the kakak kakak at home. hehe... So the routine goes as such :- wake up for sahur, watch smallville with Faezah (Coz ALia S can never last the whole episode), pray subuh, go back to sleep, wake up for classes, balik to see them housemates waiting at home (I like it!), masak and then buka together! Isn't that best? I think it is *SMILES*

First night, I slept at Aisyah's room after seeing Liana and Faezah set up their room. The architect sure has loads of things in her room, I have to take one step at a time and no running in the room man! Then, Faezah, Alia and I have been stuck to this one song by Letto everyday and it's been playing in my Ipod on a repeat mode!! hahaha... Aisyah's mum was around for the week and it's been a great company. It's like 6 sisters and a mummy at home, which made me feel less homesick!

Then, last Friday, there was Shell dinner at Holiday villa. It was good to see everyone again after a whole summers break! There was Khai and Zarif and Hazwan. Kak Ina, Ash, Aliya, Amin, and abang Ayie. So many many of them and I made new friends yet again. The 1st years are a friendly bunch! Afterwards, we went to Jared's to check out his place,..WHOA!!! Their house is nice. There were two big rooms, for Fazril and Jared, whilst Peter sleeps outside but that just means he'll end up paying less.

Oh and then on Saturday, we went IKEA shopping for the house!! Cannot bring Alia man!! She rambang mata one. hehe...Semua die nak beli tu....Good thing I was there. hahaha...Well that was what she said! :) If I wasn't there, she would probably have taken so many other things! like like...Big big paper like-shell for the lights at the dining table. Jared came later to join Alia, Kiran and I. It was a fun outing I must say, but seriously the most tiring shopping outing ever! We bought so many things, we had to get them to deliver.

Oh well, so much for the whole week :) It's been great!

Oh dear! I'm in London!

Shah Alam - Kuala Lumpur - West London - East London (via central) - North London all the way to Hertfordshire - East London
That was how my journey went from the minute I left home for London till the minute I set foot in the house to start feeling homesick again!

ANYWAY....I'm back in London!!

So much for wanting to turn into a social outcast this year...I made new friends in the plane!! hahaha...They were really friendly and nice students, very warm-and-easy-to-talk-to, my batch. A girl from Edinburgh Uni doing artsy subject and a boy from Imperial College doing one of the engineering course. hehehe...I can't be bothered to ask further on what exact course they are currently pursuing though. But yeah...told you, my mission and goal, it won't work!

As usual, we turned out to be the noisiest 4 boarding the plane. *Alia, Faezah, Liana and Alia*
Already a noisy bunch, we met the other friends of ours! Karim and Farah Ann who flew from Indonesia, and then there was Idzwan and Xue Wen ( New found friend during my internship). Then there's Khalis and Kak Aimi and a whole bunch of scholars which I am not very sure who their sponsors are but looks like JPA or MARA. Then there was....I can't be naming all la, nanti this post becomes too long!

All four of us were taking our seats when I realised that an elderly man has taken up mine! (Oh no! I'm going to be seperated from my friends! So much for reserving seats la kan. Tak reliable langsung and yes they'll probably go up to you, smile and say "thank you for flying with Malaysia Airlines"). Anyway, I realised that the reason why he was there was because he did not want to be seperated from his wife. "La...Let me know la. Of course you can have the seat if that's the case". (Mind you, I didn't talk to him like that la k! Confirm la he tak faham) :)

The gist is, I told him it wasn't a big problem and that he can have my seat and I can have his.I don't mind at all :) Needed to convince him that it was ok, coz he was kinda scared that he hurt me. hahaha...Very warm and friendly one. He and his wife thanked me afterwards and I ended up sitting in between Brit-ish people!! hahahaa....And soon enough I was talking to them like they were Malaysians.

*This scene comes in between all those making-friend-time-I had being squashed in between the Mat Sallehs*....
Mr Steward came up to me to ask if I was ok with the seat and I said , "I absolutely am! Thank you". The main reason why I reserved my seat earlier was so that I was assured an aisle seat. My kaki penat la duk tengah tengah and for a long flight lagi. Well anyway, Mr Steward said that he'll look for an aisle seat for me soon enough once he finish helping the other passengers. I thanked him and said that it was ok. But he insisted. "No trouble at all! And hey, I was making new friends, though of course they are like daddy's age and all, they are really Friendly peeps, I like! "

Next minute I saw, Mr Steward heading my way again, and since I had my Ipod stuck in my ear and was reading a book, he was kind enough not to bother, so he asked my other three friends to try and get my attention instead. Guess What?!! He got me a seat closer to my friends, and so I agreed to take that seat. Said bye to my 3 new found British friends, and headed to my new seat. Then I ask the boy seating at the aisle if I could have the aisle seat but Fadza said he preferred an aisle seat. Fair enough, it is his seat anyway. Takkan I nak force kan? That'll be the meanest thing to do. So I sat in the middle, directly in front of Faezah :)
*This is when I met my other two new Malaysian-student friends from Imperial and Edinburgh*

5minutes later, just before we took off, Mr Steward came back to ask if I was ok. How sweet of him.
So all in all...I made 8 new friends on the plane 15 minutes before taking off because I agreed to something that wasn't any big of a deal :) Isn't that cool?! And they were all nice, friendly people :D YAY!

Ok that was the nice part la, the not-nice part was the flight itself. It was soooooo friggin long!! UGH....I think maybe next time, taking a transit flight would be a better choice. You'll get to rest and stretch outside plus it's CHEAPER! So not complaining there :) 12 hours and 30 minutes!
Penat giler! Restless too...and it didn't help that I was feeling homesick. Like I said, "in-between-seats" are the worst for me. Must be due to that back injury I had when I was younger. My back hurt. Tossing and turning and I couldn't sleep. AMAZING!!!! Considering the fact that I am known to my family to be the one like daddy who can sleep almost immediately anywhere. Kalau surrounding noisy pun I can still sleep peacefully. WEIRD KID, I know!

We reached Heathrow at the wee hours of the cold cold morning, 5.25 am. Landing was PERFECTLY SMOOTH!! Credit goes to Capt Azman :) (eh, I just realised that I've met so many Azmans this summer). Didn't even realised we have actually touched land until the plane started going faster to get momentum to... stop? (What am I crapping about? I'm not the one with a science background, mind you. hehe...). K la, you know when you have landed. It's when your ears have that blocked feeling! haaa...That's more like it :)

Afterwards, Alia and I decided to take a cab back to the house...sebab our bags were too heavy and we were too tired to go through the tube process just yet. So yeah, from heathrow to Bantry house...it costed us a painful 71.20 pounds! Oh well...Should have booked a cab from Malaysia. Whatever it is, Alia and I kinda just shut our eyes and paid. We couldn't be bothered anymore...We were dying!!!

Lomon, Amir and Nabilah were at home. So Lomon woke up to help us with our luggages before going back to sleep. Then, Alia and I started going through our accommodation forms and the need of our Guarantor's additional ID made us travel all the way up to the outskirts of London to HERTFORDSHIRE to let you know, to meet Uncle Salleh. Took us two hours from the house...Wonderful news we got was that, the northern line was partly closed due to some engineering works! Very helpful! What more...before that, Alia and I already got the lines mixed up. hehe...Excuse us man. We just arrived and our head only has the LRT route installed in the brain. No London tube programmed yet *grins*

And so, we got on our first train, sat in the train...don't know what Alia was doing, but I was kinda having flashbacks of home, the whole summer and the ones I miss. *sigh*
Once, we looked out at a stop which said 'MONUMENT'. As the door closed we REALIZED that WE WERE SUPPOSED TO GET DOWN THERE!!!!! Aaaaggghhh!!! So much for day dreaming man... But it was funny la. hahahaha... Both of us then got down at another station. Changed three time till we got to East Fincley and then took a bus to Uncle Salleh's house. It's a company house for those working at Tun Abdul Razak Research Centre. Got his ID in 10 minutes!! 4 hours of the whole journey for a 10 minutes much-needed-communication.

On the way home, we couldn't even feel our feet. Both of us fell asleep on the tube and by the time we were 3 stations away, we felt like were dying. Didn't help either that the sun was shining worst than Malaysia...Got home and SLEEP NOT!!! hahaha....We felt fresh like suddenly! and wasted time online. I was chatting with mum online and then the one up on top of London too and yes feeling all homesick again. But both were nice enough to help feel better :)

So that was the whole journey route on our first day in London!

Soon enough I felt sick, headache-ish and tired...Decided to sleep. That was 6 pm LONDON TIME. Put the alarm to go off at 7 so that we will wake up in time to have buka with Lomon and Amir and guess what?...Instead of one hour, we slept for 9 hours straight like seriously long. hahaha...In between that, I think Faezah and Liana came to take some stuffs from the house but Alia and I were asleep! hehe...So Lomon and Amir helped them I guess. I don't know...I was in dreamland.

Woke up REAAAAAALLLYYY EARLLY!!! but Malaysian time. When other Brits were fast asleep :) We felt weird to be awake when it was so dark outside, except for the shine from the moon. Went online for a bit and then I forced myself to fall back asleep so that I'll have less jet lag syndrome.

Now whilst I'm blogging, I'm kinda wasting time waiting for my lecture at 10. I have 10 to 6 today!! So much for the first day of my 2nd year :( and plus...it's pouring out there! The weather here is so fickle. ME DON"T LIKE IT! Alia just left for her class, coz she's planning to time how long it takes to get to her Uni from our new place. She has to travel a lil, whilst I wake up in the morning, look out the window and I see big written QUEEN MARY UNIVERSITY OF LONDON on the building across my house. If I ever get late for class, I'm so not forgiving myself! hehe...

Hopefully today will be fine. Gotta settle some Uni and bank stuffs apart from attending those lectures. And I might be sleeping at Faezah's tonight to settle some things and get someUni things. I can do this!

2nd year, here I come!!!

Goodbye Malaysia, Hello London

I gotta say what's on my mind...
The plan is always rearranged...But I've got to do what's best for me, no?
Don’t wanna leave it all behind
But I get my hopes up and I watch them fall every time
Another color turns to grey
And it’s just too hard, to watch it all, slowly fade away.
I'm leaving today
Cause I gotta do what’s best for me.
I don't think I can do this. At least I don't feel so...
Only a few hours left in this crazy busy city of KL and I'm not prepared
I just got done with packing but having this really heavy feeling in me bout leaving.
Eh tak cukup luggage space la! There's no way I'm gonna take the risk of any overweight items...I don't wanna get unnecessary fines just before leaving. It'll be a good memory though, don't you think? :) And yes Alia, you have got to give me some of your luggage space since I gave you mine when we came back from London! *grins* and housemates have each others back, no? hehehe....
Looks like Firdaus will end up bringing some of my things back to London. Thanks Fido! I don't think it'll be a problem for you to have overweight items anyway is there...? Just issue em a letter from Mr Prime Minister maybe? I'm pretty sure they'll allow some excess for ya! *evil grin*
Two ALias ; housemates and staying under one roof? *dies* Need to find a new name!
I wanna be that lil noisy tigger at home forever, can't I?
Oh well, 2nd year, here I come!
Light blue, shorter, and a pinch of blonde....Nerd-ish I tell you!
Goodbye Malaysia, Hello London!
Till the next time I blog, it'll be in London!
Ta!!

History

I have low blood pressure,
Thoroughly explains the feeling of constatnt faint,
My first ever summer break this year I truly treasure,
Making it difficult to even imagine when the time comes for me to get into the plane

3 days and counting....

How I wish it was back to June 16th

The happy faces of Mum, dad and abang at the airport....with Zwan and Lin around, apart from the fact that my super bestie, Shura has come back early from Aussie and gave me a surprise "visit"! (Bcoz of your master plan sayang, my mum and dad had to cook up some tricks the whole night through)
The ever-so-green room awaits at home...and the company of the ones I've missed so much.

Lately, it hasn'tbeen the best few days in Malaysia for me. I'm leaving already, so many other things I want to do, so much more time I need with my family, I want to go through the whole summer experience all over again, I wanna be able to wake up and have something to look forward to....and the wish list goes on.

Then, that whole scene that took place , not much to my liking but what can I do? Wished I could have done something to help...Not like it is a big matter. It's a small one that grew to be a big one and eventually turned out to be a favourable one...All because I was there. So in a way, everything happens for a reason, hence explaining the favourable bit and I'm glad I did my part by just being there. Hopefully A is fine and good and not being bogged down with the unnecessary stress and pressure. Not a nice thing to know that you're not too happy with how things are going. It's good that you look at things the rational way and solving it in the best way possible, but the right way (ie. rational and level headed) is not always the best way at times...No?

Keep running in my mind :-

The nice time spent with B, C, D, E and F. Was great and nice. Period. You sure tried to turn me from a nerd to a funky junkie! hahaha...But I loved those times anyways. When at times we used to sit facing the park with a cup of coffee and sometimes with chocolate coated caramels, and you guys telling me how to actually make the best out of my student days, the way you guys cared and made me happy. Couldn't ask for a greater company during those days...One thing's for sure, a time I truly cherish and really, it gave me a really hard time deciding!

Then my everyday-in-the-gym days I miss. Not that I really do any exercise pun, but the great one round of game a day and the simple and excellent company. A Funny-and-super-fantastic, never-too-sensitive lot.

Keeping in touch with the mentioned B, C, D, E and F and how I'll be seeing them again pretty soon did help in making it easier for me to leave.

I need to get my things settled and ready to be placed in the cargo. Am I ready for that moment?...Doesn't really help that the other three, Liana, Fizi and Alee is eager to fly back to London. Reason : Dah boring duk Malaysia.

Well, one thing is for sure, I am going to make the best of my next upcoming year no matter what. Not many more years left for me to take this chance and try my best, god willing, to excel, InsyaAllah. If I'm a social outcast next year, I'm sorry...But hopefully I won't, knowing that I like making friends :)

Thanks to some of em caring ones, they make me hear what I want (sometimes it helps to hear what you want) :
"...it's not gonna be a bad year ahead...life in UK can be good sometimes kan..If u ever get bored, come up to Manchester la! hehe..."
"...pinky specks, chewy gum addict, blonde hair (well coloured anyway), I pod hanging from one ear, ballet shoes with white socks of a girl"
" ...cmon alia! suck it up and march "

and a good round of Hairspray with Phoebe and Shams yesterday. It was a really good movie! I suggest you watch it if you have the time and if you are a fan of musical shows. It's like....a combination of High School Musical, Grease and High School Musical 2. Zac can soooooo sing and dance!!!

Well, so much for reminiscing the times that have come and gone, now, it's back to reality and I need to start planning for the next year! Wish me luck :)

Note to self : Hang in there

Tuesday 18 September 2007

I gotta move on and be who I am....But at least for now, I gotta go my own way

Sitting out in the patio enjoying the breeze accompanied by the iPod and things that were taking place at the moment... I love it here. Can I not go back to London?

I have just only started to enjoy my summer break.... heh?

Waking up early for work and enjoying the experience, then the hustle bustles of the KL city, simply supertastic. Squash tournaments and practice. Coming home in a packed LRT just to see daddy waiting there to bring me home. Futsal every Monday night, student council meetings, pressure and stress, fantastic mum cooked food. The fun from spending time with people I like, makes it hard now for me to leave. Excellent Seminars. Seeing bang long's graduation. The lunch and tea treats every other day. Brilliant and charming OxBridge lites. Struggling to get up for sahur. KNB. Great challenging hunt. Bazaar Ramadhan. Daydreaming and wasting time. Many Truths be told. Weird but funny. Decision making. Excellent company. Feeling happy!!! Watching Tunku Musical. Treasure hunting. The beauty of the KLCC twin tower (Huh? Weirdo!). Interns. Delicious and Swensens. Green

I'm already missing everything!!!!!!!!!!!!

Face it...I need to get myself together and prepare to leave for London this weekend. How I wish I could turn back the time to June 16. *dream on*

I wish I could go through these times all over again

Sayang you my hyper Kim balls

Monday 10 September 2007

What has been going on...Some of em whilst I was at work! Didn't even see the surprises coming myself

"The cv requested by the MOF is damn urgent!!! I seriously need you to pick it up from my house!! 8pm tonight, not later not earlier". I would think that the statement was kinda suspicious...but I guess Hafiz didn't see it coming!

And guess what? at 8:15 Hafiz diligently arrived at my house and SURPRISE!!!! It was his first ever birthday party, organized by Nina (she's good at planning!) and we did it at my house. Yay!! It jadi :) Well, actually it's a lil too long to be blogging bout the WHOLEEEEEEE thing that happened. Long story cut short, plans were made with his mummy, venue was at my house, it happened, Usop was shocked and we had fun!

HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL 2 was EXCELLENT!!! :) The songs and the dance, FANTASTIC! *dancing away*

hehe...Disney Channel original movies man, they're simply the greatest thing. I know you are planning to invade my house soon huh Pho? Recorded for you hun, no worries!

Anyway, went back to KTJ yesterday and Azwan being the Zwan he is, followed me back to Ktj. TRAITOR!! hahaha....See, he's from KYUEM, I'm from KTJ, I go for all KYUEM events and he comes for all KTJ events! We are the only sesat-ed cousins who are getting our colleges mixed up, the rest of my cousins are NOT traitors! So technically I am the biggest mix up in the family coz all my cousins are from KYUEM :) but being in KTJ, NO REGRETS! Met the other seniors too! *Aiman, Prasad, Praveen, James, Justin, Josh and Nadia*

House singing wasn't as spectacular or as LOUD as previous years though. It was kinda quiet, even Mr Jones admitted to it. I think the EX- KTJIANS (Aimee in particular) made more noises than the current students. It was good to be back in college, seeing everyone back again and walking around school before the curfew hours and getting entertainments like seeing the Naquiyuddin boys getting into a fight and in the end got Mr Suresh damn pissed. Naquiyuddin house was pitch black even before bed time!! Beat that! What do you expect la kan, Mr S isthe present housemaster! Well, we did plan on leaving KTJ at 10.30, BUUUTTTT...it was Aisyah driving :D

If you've guessed it right... hahaha...Yes! with Aisyah around 10.30 would mean 12.30. All in all, it was time well spent! I had a blast!!! :D

Well anyway, I so gotta get some sleep soon!

Sunday 9 September 2007

Two WeEks and CoUnTing!

Kalsom dinner at Kak Shasa's was simply superb. What more with Nintendo Wii staring in front of us first thing when we entered her beautiful mansion :)
and the great company with simple great people. I loved it!
and I like the bowling game with you Faisal...K la, halfway you bagi kat Azri at the end! Next time kan I won't play so ganas k if strike means ganas to you la, I promise! *grins*
At least it was better than boxing with Lopes!

This past week has been quite relaxing and restless? hehe...But it was nice though! Everything moved slowly at it's own pace and time just passes by without you having to worry bout anything! Awesome! :D

SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT has been playing a lot in my head!! Thanks to Doc Ras *grins*

So I'm halfway through "an inconvenient truth", a documentary that I recommend for people to watch. It is good, a MUST SEE I must say. An eye-opener documentary presented by former Vice President Al Gore and his fervent crusade to halt global warming's deadly progress in its tracks by exposing the myths and misconceptions that surround it.. Got it from Dr Raslan, which I am supposed to finish it by Monday!! I seriously need to focus and sit down and finish this up once and for all. Kinda slow coz I am taking down notes as the 'movie' goes along.

Then earlier this week was the Khazanah National Development Seminar at JW Marriott. TRULY SUCCESSFUL! Similar to our MSLS, it wasn't an easy event to organize! As quoted by Dato' Azman, “Even managing billion-dollar deals are not so difficult as this.” It was part of Khazanah's merdeka series events and I truly enjoyed it. Truthfully, it was better than some of the sessions during Khazanah Global Lectures, which is still ongoing till March next year. Sadly I won't be around anymore for the final one which is the Khazanah Megatrend Forums 2007! *sob sob*. The seminar would have been great for future leaders and as Kat brilliantly puts it... "The former consisted of more serious, mostly male big-guns. If they were not CEOs they were politicians, if they were neither they had their heavyset CVs and familiar faces. "

There were exactly 4 discussion panels touching on specific topics which was spread over 3 wide areas of development ; Economics, Human Capital and International. Guess what? Throughout the event I kept getting this from Doc Ras "Hah, see! That's sustainable development! You should have taken it up" (Don't remind me! ) and funnily how Farouk teased Doc Ras afterwards in not being able to work his charm out and influence me to work on sustainable development. Well actually he managed to make me go up to 80:20 YES! Seriously :) Then met Farouk and Danny from Binafikir and Dato' Johan too! Sadly wasn't able to see Jan though, she was busy, but met Erhan though! Truly felt very fortunate and thankful to be able to have attended it! It was a nice exposure. *smiles*
It's been a routine now that I see Michele and her other friends (Yes, Aimran and Michele and
the rest of you guys too!) everytime we attend Khazanah's events. From not knowing the girl who interned for three days at KRIS to seeing her and the rest of the Khazanah scholars all the time now for all events we attend. A great bunch they are! :)
Apart from attending all those brilliantly organized events and doing unofficial research works, I'm trying to finish up these interesting facts-filled book given by Encik Zairin, my superior! and also building the list of things to bring back to London and and... I met Jan and Liza yesterday! and Pairus, Azree, Kak Zimah, Kak Yan, Pn Filza, Farouk, Kavi and Raha the day before. HAPPY! Can I not go back to London? I don't miss it! Oh well...
Oh and and...yesterday, went shopping with Alia (not myself k) !! It's been a long time since we did that...the last was..? LONDON!!! hahaha...Damn long la and that was just coz we were buying souvenirs for people back home, no? Anyhow, I had a splendid time and I managed to influence Alee to buy the everlast shoe!! Jahatnye me!! Oh well, you're the one with Bank Negara *grins* and admit it, you loved the shoes!

I don't know how to put it into words, but...My summer hols doing work and completing my internship has been the best hols ever! I have never ever spent my longest break this way ever! (Doing work, going to office everyday, attending seminars and talks, etc) and seriously it's THANKS TO KHAZANAH! :D I love Khazanah!

Now, it's EXACTLY two weeks before I fly back to London...*SIGH*

At least I got to see abang graduate!! and the convo in UM was nice.
CONGRATS ABANG!!! You've gone so far, and I am proud of you!

I am so gonna miss everyone in Malaysia once I leave, especially me family! :(

Oh well.....

Tuesday 4 September 2007

Thanks to Lopes!!! Ugh... Him and his "PNB punye kawad cool!" just coz he was forced to march *grins*

NO NO!!Khazanah is better, plus Khazanah's costumes are super cool! Don't need me to say that, even a neutral party agreed with me :D

Monday 3 September 2007

From where I left... :D

The days when Shuey was back in Malaysia!

It has been the longest time ever, since I typed a new post :)

Well I guess this blog is meant for me to write bout my time spent in London only la.

Anyway, not many things happened during my summer hols actually, just a few things which took almost all my time that is! TIRING but a FUNFILLED BENEFICIAL summer hols I must say.

First two weeks back in Malaysia, all I did was see Shura and spent time with my family (Shura memanglah macam family member dah pun) everyday and at the same time counted the days till Phoebe steps foot in KLIA (which was sooooooo lambat!).Besides seeing Shura hari hari....nothing else I did! Seriously! Two weeks of seeingShura everyday sampai I ended up joining the CBN girls for all the outings :D But oh boy, the good times we had. A year k I waited for the cheeky monkey Shoooooora and Kimmy to balik from Aussie!

After that two weeks of fun, it was time for work, like yes, literally work! I started my internship in Khazanah, and *whoa!!!*.... Which company has three receptionist answering three phones at three same times? SCARY!!!!! It was a good experience that I must say, eventhough I was kinda not in an economics or maths related division, but oh yeah, it was still good! Joined their great activities ( pic** With Dato' Azman Mokhtar and Dato' Johan Raslan) from sports carnival to treasure hunt to the Khazanah Global Lectures! I like :D
Everything's a learning process and surely, it was one valuable experience I will never forget. It was good and fun at the same time, beneficial and
it really made my hold a worthwhile one. I miss Khazanah already!!!!!!!!!! *sigh*
Now...an offer to extend my internship...Should I or should I not? *thinking hard*

First month of intern I had to handle some external-not-related-to-Khazanah event also which was the UKEC MSLS andI must say, it did benefit me a lot too! I loved the stress and pressure but honestly, I wasn't fond of the ever-full-of-oneself committee who did many things for self benefit! UGH! *Welcometo the real world Alia*

The awesome committee! :)

Oh well, I kinda got used to it and halfway managed to get into a position where I do my part in helping them out but at the same time can't be bothered to entertain those who wanted something out of the little things they did. Good thing I worked from the Khazanah office. It helped a lot :)

OOooohhh....then there was Mel's wedding!!! Congratulations Mel and welcome to the family abang Raf!! :)

I swear my three months break have exposed me to sooooo many things, beneficial ones too and I really love em all. Everything will eventually come to an end though, so I guess mine will be over in three weeks time when I will be on that plane back to London.

Anyway, this is kinda like a very random post after a whole long time! So yeah, I'll soon start again once I have settled down....in London? *grins* Till then I still have a lot of catching up to do!!!

NTV 7 Breakfast show interview with Daphne Iking and Naz
Hello on Two show on RTM 2 with Zamil the star in TunkuMusical!
The KTJ-ians outing
The babysitting of the hyper lil Lydia
Black and Aliyya's wedding *Iedil, Alia, Alia, Shahmeen*
